Stand4Love

OK I'm going to be serious here and put aside my store today. Well kind of because I support this cause and so will my store. Stand4Love is a campaign of awareness and tolerance. It is to show that people deserve the right to choose who they spend their lives with. Love does not care about gender, race, color or religion. Love is the most natural thing a person can feel. It makes your heart soar and your life worth living. It gives us a warm place to land and someone to share are deepest secrets and wants with. No one should be able to tell another that their love is not worthy or good enough. Marriage should not be put aside for only a man and woman. It should be open for any gender. If a person loves another who are we to tell them they don't deserve the same rights as another.

I am of straight orientation, as if that matters. It is a category we put ourselves in. I may classify myself in that category but I understand that love does not have categories. I have seen friends of the same sex love for their entire lives and treat each other better and with far more respect then many opposite sex couples. I have known children raised by same sex parents that have grown to be prosperous, smart, giving and beneficial additions to society while watching supposedly approved couples children grow to be failures and burdens on society. Gender does not make a person or a child the spirit within does.

Who are we to decide who should be able to love and dedicate themselves to another? No one should have the right to take that away. Same sex couples should have the same rights as those of opposite sex. Period. There is no room for compromises. If a person loves and wants to dedicate their lives with a vow they should be granted that right and all the rights that come with it.

PLEASE
Choose Love, Choose freedom, Choose hope.
Stop the hate
